Employers must submit the application and supporting documents to the Employment Agency through the Secure Electronic Delivery System by 4 p.m. on November 16, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Support covers specific vocational training, including new technologies and digital tools, delivered by an external provider selected by the employer. Eligible participants include employees working at least four hours a day, people on management contracts and self-employed people.<\/p>\n<p>The ceiling per employer is \u20ac15,338.76 excluding VAT, including the employer\u2019s co-financing. Total training costs per participant are capped at \u20ac1,278.23 excluding VAT. The maximum amount is not awarded automatically.<\/p>\n<p>The Employment Agency\u2019s project page provides the second-round forms and detailed conditions.
