The events are planned for November 18 and 19, 2026, Svishtov Municipality announced on October 22 and confirmed in a notice sent to the 5000.news editorial mailbox.<\/p>\n<p>The first day, November 18, will honour professionals working in social services and education. A formal gathering will take place at the Youth Centre in Svishtov. On November 19, celebrations will continue at the day centre itself, with activities for the children and their families.<\/p>\n<p>Special guest and host Martin Ivanov is a composer, conductor and rhythm facilitation specialist. Organizers plan a practical group rhythm session for everyone to take part in together. No musical skills or prior preparation are required.<\/p>\n<p>The centre emphasizes the value of a supportive environment and cooperation among parents, professionals and the local community. The program is being organized with assistance from Svishtov Municipality and the Youth Centre.
