Congestion is particularly heavy at the end of shifts at the Arcus factory, when queues sometimes extend back to the main Sofia\u2013Varna road.<\/p>\n<p>Hristov believes a roundabout could reduce conflict points and lower speeds through the junction. RegNews reports that a temporary layout could be trialled before any permanent arrangement is considered.<\/p>\n<p>For now this is a proposal to the Road Infrastructure Agency, not an approved construction project. No budget, contractor or construction timetable has been announced.
