The two ministers visited the Naval Academy in Varna and discussed regional security and bilateral cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>The French minister expressed support for establishing the hub. According to the information released, the initiative forms part of wider European security efforts and cooperation among Black Sea countries.<\/p>\n<p>The information made public so far does not specify an opening date, budget or organisational structure for the hub.
