An international passenger bus then collided with the trucks. One truck was registered in Bulgaria and the other in Romania.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 38 people were on the bus: 36 passengers of different nationalities and two drivers. Early reports said the people were evacuated from the vehicle. Police said both bus drivers tested negative for alcohol and drugs.<\/p>\n<h2>Traffic restrictions and investigation<\/h2>\n<p>According to reports issued on the morning of October 28, the affected section of the Ruse\u2013Sofia road was closed and diversions had been arranged.
