Bulgarian National Television reported the situation on October 28, citing the competent maritime authorities.<\/p>\n<p>The vessel was spotted on October 27 at approximately 9 p.m., around 13 nautical miles east of Cape Sivriburun. According to the information released, it was drifting south under the influence of currents and weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>A navigational warning has been issued because the uncontrolled vessel poses a risk to other ships. Maritime authorities are tracking its position and movement.<\/p>\n<p>Additional surveillance measures, including naval assets, have been discussed.
