The second group consists of owners seeking <strong>a partial exemption from the fee<\/strong> for properties that will remain unused throughout 2027. Both cases require submitting the prescribed declaration form.<\/p>\n<p>The notice lists October 31 as the deadline, but because that date falls on a Saturday, the municipality says it will accept documents through <strong>November 2, inclusive<\/strong>.
