The warning also covers <strong>some municipalities in Veliko Tarnovo Province<\/strong>, although it does not necessarily apply to every settlement in the region.<\/p>\n<p>According to NIMH's forecast, significant rainfall is expected in parts of western and central Bulgaria, with thunderstorms also possible. Moderate, at times strong easterly winds are expected. Daytime highs will generally range from 10\u00b0C to 15\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h2>Where the warning applies<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to parts of Veliko Tarnovo Province, the warnings cover Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Sofia City, Sofia Province, Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Kardzhali and Haskovo, as well as parts of Stara Zagora Province. For individual municipalities and exact warning levels, readers should consult NIMH's current warning map.<\/p>\n<p>Rainfall may make travel more difficult, including journeys to polling stations for today's presidential election runoff.
