An event with Prof. Atanas Semov will take place on Tuesday, 3 November, at 18:00 at the Museum of the National Revival and Constituent Assembly in Veliko Tarnovo. The date, time and venue are listed in the Petko R. Slaveykov Regional Library’s calendar.
The programme combines presentations of two publications with a film screening. The three-volume work The Constitution and the European Union examines European law and Constitutional Court practice. The other book is 150 Years Since the April Uprising: 150 Heroes Tell Their Stories.
The film Untold History: Nine Sips of Freedom will also be screened. The organisers are Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, the Regional Museum of History and the Regional Library.
The event will be held in the museum building, not the library. The published invitation does not specify an admission price or a requirement to register in advance.
