Saturday, 24 October, is the day of reflection before Bulgaria's presidential and vice-presidential election on 25 October 2026. Campaigning ended at midnight, in line with the timetable of the Central Election Commission.

Election campaigning is prohibited on the reflection day and on election day. Public release of election-result forecasts is also prohibited during the period specified in the Election Code, the Bulgarian News Agency reported.

Polling stations will open at 7 a.m. on Sunday. Voting normally ends at 8 p.m., but where voters are waiting, polling can continue until no later than 9 p.m. under the election rules.

Voters can check their polling-station address and the latest guidance from the Central Election Commission in advance. Voters in Bulgaria must present the identification required by law. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs publishes information about polling stations abroad.

A second round, if needed, is scheduled for 1 November. This article describes only the arrangements and rules for voting and does not endorse any election participant.
