Gorna Oryahovitsa invites reserve-list applicants for air conditioners
The invitation is limited to reserve-list applicants. Consent for installation during the heating season is signed at home.

On 16 October, Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality invited reserve-list households to replace wood- and coal-burning stoves with air conditioners. Eligibility is limited to that list and the remaining budget.
Approved households receive equipment, delivery, installation, operating instructions and warranty service free of charge. Old stoves are removed for recycling. The municipality will notify applicants individually and arrange technical visits.
Consent for winter installation is signed at home
A separate municipal notice explains that installation during the contractual heating season, from 15 October to 31 March, requires the recipient’s explicit consent. The contractor supplies the declaration during the removal and installation visit. Residents do not need to visit the project office beforehand or submit it separately.
