The Environment Ministry said on 16 October it would appeal the refusal to allow renewed provisional enforcement of a shutdown order for a Kronospan production line in Veliko Tarnovo.
According to the statement, Burgas court found the evidence did not establish a specific health danger, while a shutdown would cause substantial harm to the company. The ministry cites odour complaints and environmental analysis supporting the inspectorate's request. An appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court is announced; the dispute is not concluded.
