Man suffers a broken leg after a dispute between drivers in Samovodene
Police reported a dispute on 15 October and a man detained for up to 24 hours. Pre-trial proceedings have been opened.

A 34-year-old man from Tryavna suffered a broken leg following a dispute between drivers in Samovodene, the Veliko Tarnovo regional police reported in their 16 October bulletin.
Police received the report at about 7:30 a.m. on 15 October. According to police, an argument between drivers escalated into a fight causing a moderately serious bodily injury.
A 44-year-old man from Gabrovo was detained for up to 24 hours. Pre-trial proceedings were opened. Detention does not establish guilt.
