Veliko Tarnovo commissions restoration designs for Trapezitsa
Designs cover the southern and eastern sectors; no construction timetable has been announced.

Veliko Tarnovo Municipality has commissioned designs for restoration, conservation and adaptation of Trapezitsa’s southern and eastern sectors, according to its 7 October announcement.
Mayor Daniel Panov said implementation depends on Culture Ministry support. Deputy Minister Plamen Slavov pledged funding in 2027.
No budget or construction start date was announced. The confirmed step is design work.
