One place for an infectious diseases trainee in Veliko Tarnovo region is included in the fifth funding round supporting medical specialisation in underserved regions and specialties, Bulgaria’s Health Ministry reports.
Successful applicants will receive a monthly incentive of 2.5 minimum wages on top of their income. Applications remain open until 28 February 2027.
The opportunity is among 15 additional places announced from 1 September. The ministry’s notice dates from 29 September, rather than today.
The notice does not identify a specific hospital in Veliko Tarnovo region. Applicants should consult the ministry’s official information for the procedure’s requirements.
