ENERGO-PRO is launching two surveys of its household customers to find out how easy their electricity bills are to understand and which payment methods they find most convenient. The company announced the initiative in a press release to 5000.news on October 29.

The first questionnaire targets customers who receive electronic bills. It takes approximately three to four minutes and asks which details are useful, which are confusing and what additional information people would like to see.

The second survey is designed for customers who prefer to pay in person at customer service centres. The company wants to understand why people visit these offices and how payments and services could be made easier. The questionnaire is also available on paper at the centres.

According to ENERGO-PRO, participation is anonymous: respondents are not asked to provide names, customer numbers or addresses. The company says it will use the aggregated responses to improve billing information and customer service. No specific changes resulting from the surveys have yet been announced as implemented.

Both questionnaires are available on ENERGO-PRO's household customer surveys page. For security, customers can visit the company's website directly rather than following links in unfamiliar messages.
