Ballot papers for the second round of Bulgaria's presidential election were delivered to the Regional Administration in Veliko Tarnovo on 29 October 2026. The institution announced the delivery as part of preparations for the vote on Sunday, 1 November.

The shipment forms part of election logistics across the province. Once the election materials have been received and stored, they are to be distributed to municipalities and precinct election commissions in accordance with the approved procedures and deadlines.

This concerns logistical preparations, not vote counting or the election result. Final election figures will be announced by the competent electoral authorities after polling takes place.

Voters can check their polling station and the latest voting instructions through the Central Election Commission's official channels. Local institutions are expected to promptly announce any changes.
