Bacho Kiro School in Veliko Tarnovo opens its expanded and modernized premises today
The refurbishment costs more than BGN 4.45 million and includes modernization, energy-saving measures and expansion of the school’s premises.

The expanded and modernized premises of Bacho Kiro School in Veliko Tarnovo will officially open today, 5 October, at 14:30.
The refurbishment was carried out under a project to modernize the existing school premises, introduce energy-saving measures and expand the facilities. Grant funding totals BGN 4,453,450.64.
The work includes comprehensive modernization and expansion of the buildings, including an additional floor on an existing building. The aim is to improve learning conditions and allow all classes to be taught in a single shift.
The project was implemented from December 2023 to the end of May 2026.
