Students proposed a town-wide school parliament during Pavlikeni’s student self-government day on 15 October. Mayor Emanuil Manolov pledged support, according to a Trite Grada report published on 18 October.

Students proposed a town-wide school parliament during Pavlikeni’s student self-government day on 15 October. Mayor Emanuil Manolov pledged support, according to a Trite Grada report published on 18 October.
Students from Tsanko Tserkovski agricultural vocational school and Bacho Kiro secondary school took on municipal roles for a day, including field inspections, budget work and case discussions.
The parliament remains a proposal: the report does not announce that it has been formally established.
