Voter turnout in Bulgaria was 5.8% as of 11:00 on 25 October, with 385,092 people having cast their ballots. The figures were announced at a Central Election Commission (CEC) briefing on the presidential election. They are a snapshot of participation before midday, rather than results for the candidates.

According to the CEC figures, Vidin Province had the highest turnout at that time, at 8.12%, while Kardzhali Province had the lowest, at 2.56%. Turnout across the different regions may change before the close of voting.

The commission also reported technical difficulties with 20 voting machines and 13 reports of violations received by midday. At polling stations where machine voting has been suspended, voting continues with paper ballots. Voting normally ends at 20:00, with an extension possible if voters are still waiting.

Clarification (25 October 2026): the figures of 385,092 voters (5.8%) refer to 11:00. The initial reference to 12:00 was corrected after checking against the CEC's official figures.
