The European Commission will host talks on Ukraine in Brussels on 4 November 2026. Representatives of Ukraine, the United States, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, NATO and the World Bank are expected to take part, Commission spokesperson Paula Pinho said on Tuesday, 3 November.
The meeting will build on earlier discussions held in Miami. According to a source familiar with the preparations cited by Reuters, delegates will discuss a plan for Ukraine’s economic recovery and possible security guarantees. These are subjects for upcoming negotiations, not agreements that have already been reached.
US envoy Steve Witkoff also confirmed the Brussels meeting. He said Washington plans to bring delegations from Ukraine and Russia together in Abu Dhabi on 10–11 November, to discuss possible steps to end the war, future security arrangements and de-escalation.
The two dates mark a new stage in diplomatic contacts. As of publication, no signed agreement or final outcome from the forthcoming meetings has been announced.
