Lyaskovets to debate municipal property sales and budget changes on 29 October

The Lyaskovets Municipal Council is meeting in regular session today, 29 October 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the town hall's council chamber. Key proposals include an amendment to a decision on the municipality's 2026 budget and the disposal of privately owned municipal property.

Items on the agenda

The draft agenda contains five proposals to add municipal properties to the annual property management and disposal programme, alongside public sealed-bid auctions. These are proposals for consideration, not completed sales.

Councillors will also discuss amendments to the rules governing the municipal social enterprise for landscaping, maintenance and cleaning, a proposed zoning-plan change, an electricity connection for an office building and storage facilities, and the appointment of a person to manage municipally owned forest land.

Decisions will follow the vote

The draft agenda was announced by Lyaskovets Municipality on 26 October. Final decisions and voting results should not be treated as known before the meeting takes place.
