Pavlikeni Municipality is reminding owners of certain types of property about approaching deadlines concerning the municipal waste collection fee for 2027. According to information from the local administration published by RegNews on October 29, declarations will be accepted until Monday, November 2, 2026, inclusive..

Which property owners are affected

The first group includes owners of non-residential properties, who want their 2027 waste collection fee to be calculated according to the quantity of waste. The second group consists of owners seeking a partial exemption from the fee for properties that will remain unused throughout 2027. Both cases require submitting the prescribed declaration form.

The notice lists October 31 as the deadline, but because that date falls on a Saturday, the municipality says it will accept documents through November 2, inclusive. This does not mean every resident must submit a new declaration; the reminder applies to the specific situations described above.

Where to submit the documents

Declarations are accepted by the Budget and Local Revenues Department at the local taxes and fees office at 4 Saedinenie Street in Pavlikeni. The forms are available on the municipality's website under Administration, Activities, Local Taxes and Fees, and Declarations.

Owners who are unsure which form applies to their property should check the requirements directly with the municipal administration before filing.
