With 100% of polling station protocols processed in Veliko Tarnovo Province, the presidential ticket of Iliyana Yotova and Kiril Valchev received 38,732 votes, or 69.35%. Andrey Gyurov and Georgi Kandev received 15,458 votes (27.68%). The figures come from the Central Election Commission's official website as of 7:30 a.m. on November 2, 2026.

The 'I support no one' option was selected by 1,657 voters, or 2.97% of the recorded votes. The published percentages are rounded to two decimal places. These results refer only to Veliko Tarnovo Province and should not be confused with the interim nationwide figures.

A total of 414 polling stations were set up across the province's ten municipalities for the November 1 runoff, according to the Veliko Tarnovo Regional Election Commission.
