Ivaylo Kaparashev and Iliya Iliev win the first Zonta Cup chess tournament at Ksilifor
Ivaylo Kaparashev of Etar and Iliya Iliev of Slavia have won the first Zonta Cup. Nearly 70 children competed in the two-day tournament at Ksilifor.

Ivaylo Kaparashev of Etar Chess Club and Iliya Iliev of Slavia Chess Club are the first winners of the Zonta Cup trophy. The two players earned the most points in the two-day children's chess competition organized by Zonta Club Veliko Tarnovo at the Ksilifor recreation area, local newspaper Borba reported on November 1.
The tournament brought together nearly 70 children from Bulgaria and Romania. The event included young players with different levels of experience and provided an opportunity for clubs from both countries to compete.
