A child was hit by a car at a pedestrian crossing in Gorna Oryahovitsa at about 07:30 on 7 October, Veliko Tarnovo regional police reported.
The child was taken for medical examination. The driver tested negative for alcohol and drugs. A pre-trial investigation has been opened.
