Water cuts in Kartala and on Poltava Street on October 15
Yovkovtsi Water Utility has announced two repairs in Veliko Tarnovo for Thursday.

Two parts of Veliko Tarnovo will lose their water supply on Thursday, October 15, 2026, Yovkovtsi Water Utility announced. The interruptions have different schedules.
In Kartala, water will be cut off from 08:00 to 20:00 for emergency network repairs.
On Poltava Street, the interruption is scheduled for 08:30–17:00 because of water-main repairs carried out by Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.
The utility says service may resume earlier if the work permits.
