Scheduled Power Cuts near Veliko Tarnovo, Nov. 3

Scheduled power outages and possible supply disruptions have been announced for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in parts of Svishtov and several villages in Veliko Tarnovo Municipality. The schedule includes operational switching, equipment maintenance and repair work. The times listed are planned windows, not confirmation that electricity has gone off at every address mentioned.

Svishtov: addresses with planned outages and brief disruptions

For the period 10:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. an outage is listed for parts of Patriarch Evtimiy Street, numbers 74 and 76, the South building, Simeon Vankov residential complex, Slancho Kindergarten and Cherni Vrah Street, number 72. Other streets in Svishtov may experience brief disruptions around 10:00–10:30 a.m. and 3:00–3:30 p.m.

Separate windows for possible disruptions are also listed in Svishtov Municipality, including Oresh, Ovcha Mogila, Morava, Gorna Studena, Alekovo and Aleksandrovo. Residents should check their specific address and the current status with the electricity distribution company.

Kapinovo, Belyakovets and Mindya

In Kapinovo a scheduled outage is listed from 9:20 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while in Belyakovets — from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for customers supplied by transformer station TP 3. For Mindya, Tserova Koriya and Pchelishte possible disruptions are listed between 9:20 and 9:45 a.m. and between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.
