On the day of Bulgaria's presidential runoff, 1 November 2026, the Central Election Commission (CEC) published telephone numbers for complaints and reports about voting in the country. The commission also explained how citizens can follow the video feed during the vote count and check official polling-station protocols.

CEC phone numbers for election-day reports

For questions and reports related to voting in Bulgaria, the CEC announced the following numbers: 0885 926 505, 0885 613 507, 0884 108 623 and 0882 520 122. For local issues, voters can also follow the announcements and decisions of the relevant district election commission.

Where to watch the video feed

According to the CEC's guidance of 31 October, the cameras transmit a video feed during the vote count. The live feed and subsequent recordings are available at evideo.bg/pvr2026. This does not mean that voting itself is streamed continuously throughout the day.

Official protocols and election results

After polling closes, polling-station commissions also count the paper verification slips from voting machines. Once the district election commission receives the election materials, scanned copies of signed precinct protocols are published on the CEC's official results portal. Turnout figures released during the day must not be presented as results of the runoff.

Voting on 1 November began at 7:00 a.m. and is normally due to end at 8:00 p.m. If people are still waiting outside polling stations, voting may be extended under the conditions provided by law. For decisions and verified results, consult official sources first.
